Some of my favorite memories have been made around a table: sharing a meal, celebrating milestones, laughing together, and surrounded by the people who matter most. I believe the most memorable experiences are about more than just exceptional food. These moments have a way of slowing life down, creating connection, and becoming memories we carry with us long after the evening is over.
That’s what inspired me to create West Collective.
I wanted to build more than a catering company. I wanted to create an experience that allows people to be fully present with the ones they love, while every detail is thoughtfully taken care of behind the scenes.
Together, we pair exceptional cuisine with thoughtful hospitality to create experiences that feel elevated, effortless, and deeply personal. Because to me, that’s what true hospitality is all about.

At the heart of every West Collective experience is Chef Marco, whose passion for refined cuisine and commitment to craftsmanship inspire every menu we create.
With 4 years of culinary training at International Culinary Center (ICC) in Upstate New York, Marco combines classical culinary training with years of fine dining experience, to craft elevated, restaurant-quality meals tailored to each guest. From intimate private dinners to multi-course celebrations, every dish is thoughtfully prepared using the freshest seasonal ingredients, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
For Marco, cooking is a craft that never stops evolving. His passion for continuous learning and attentional to detail are what transform exceptional ingredients into unforgettable meals.
